30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the same condition in which it was received. All original tags, accessories, instructions, and packaging must be included. Proof of purchase is required.

Pet products that have been used, chewed, soiled, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they were defective when received.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@suppawrt.com before sending any product back. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. After your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Suppawrt will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Used, worn, washed, chewed, soiled, or altered pet products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Products damaged through misuse, improper sizing, normal wear, or failure to follow care instructions

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain another size or product is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
