Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, pre-order campaigns, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We do not currently ship to locations that are unavailable during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most international orders are estimated to arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may require several business days to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or processing fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them. Suppawrt does not control or determine these charges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact support@suppawrt.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

Contact us if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period. We will assist with a carrier investigation where appropriate.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If a carrier marks a package as delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier before contacting us.

Suppawrt is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, but we will review each case and assist where reasonably possible.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or unpaid import charges, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and return costs.
